Activities IN DETAIL

CONNECT

with like-minded peers

To build trusting relationships and foster existing ones, we emphasize live and personal events. Regional Meetups are hosted by member companies in Asia, Europe, and North America: they reflect the topic interests of maximum of 40 participants, and are catered to the needs of Changemakers and Design Thinkers working in large enterprises (by invitation only).

Once a year, the global community gathers for 2 days at a Summit, to share stories and results from different regions, and get inspired by high-level speakers. We foster an open exchange at eye-level, share best practices and work hands-on at all of our live events.

Skill-up

at our trainings

To accelerate the learning process and reflection of every individual, we run cross-company training experiences like Coach Camps. This format actively supports the further development of experienced Design Thinking Coaches (minimum of 3 years experience) through a reflection and supervision with peers.

In partnership with Impact Week, we learn by enabling others. Enthusiastic members enable professors and students in developing countries to adopt Design Thinking in their context. By tackling some of their most pressing challenges, we support reaching the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Co-create

meaningful outcomes

To solve wicked problems and dive deeper into specific enterprise topics, community members from different companies collaborate in high-touch small working groups and address shared challenges. A group of up to 9 members works towards tangible outcomes that help scale a people-centric innovation approach. The challenges are developed bottom-up, based on the motivation of individual members.
Assets produced by the contributors range from a collection of best practices and stories to new training material or frameworks that haven't been summarized yet. They are shared at live events, as well as online (under Resources).
