We created a space to share what has worked and what folks are continuing to prototype when it comes to sharing, collating, and curating past and future research.
Each design thinking workshop begins with a warm-up exercise. We call it "Ice Breaker". Ice breakers set the ground for a fruitful, open, creative and flowing discussion.

This story has started in 2017. A director attended a design thinking course at Stanford and decided to share the lessons learned with his team, having no idea how and where they could apply it. Suddenly, arose the opportunity to put it into practice in the Talent Recruitment area.
The first Design at Business Coach Camp happened on June 20-22, 2017 at Telekom Design Academy in Bonn, Germany. It was the first cross-company training organised by the Design at Business Community, from and for coaches working in large enterprises. This video contains statements from the participants.
