After conducting regular virtual meetings over the past two years, the European core team of Design at Business finally came together in person for a 2-day gathering in Munich.
The objective was to exchange on latest topics, review our setup, and to discuss on the future community arrangements. But most of all we were happy to see and talk to each other in person and welcome our youngest participant into our group.
We are excited to kick-off Connecting Corner, a monthly 1-hour series meetup on the last Thursday of the month.
What does the future of innovative work spaces look like? How do current developments change the way we innovate, collaborate and live? During our last global virtual Design at Business meetup on November 12th we discussed these and other questions with more than 40 like-minded innovation experts who joined us from different regions and countries across the globe like Europe, North America, Israel, India, Brazil and others.

Yesterday we hosted a talented group of experts from SAP, IBM, NGSoft, Palo Alto Network, PTC, JPMorgan and Aman as part of Design at Business IL meetup to share and discuss the challenges of design processes in large enterprises.
Hélio Mosquim Junior, Global Head of Technology Business Partner at VALE started by explaining the business imperatives and great challenges the company intends to solve through innovation and the organization structure created to accommodate and manage squads around the globe. He mentioned several initiatives such as hackthons, design thinking workshops, open innovation, and strategic areas like Digital Lab, RPA Center, AI Center.
In this meetup hosted by NATURA, we had the opportunity to learn about the digitalization journey of the business and the incredible results that emerged through design. It was super inspiring!
The Community of design thinking practitioners and change agents got together in Frankfurt to share best practices, working models and learnings as they transform their teams to become design lead.
The key focus of the meetup was on large organizations can optimize the several innovation initiatives that arise across the different branches of the company.
